We ship primarily via UPS. However we can accommodate just about any shipping method. Please let us know via the order/checkout comment section if there are any specific shipping instructions.

Unless there is a manufacturing defect, we reserve the right to decide on a case by case basis which items may be returned and at what restocking fee. Many items are custom made and have no resale value. If you are unsure if the item you are ordering is the correct size, or the right fit, seek our help with sizing and order in small quantities for testing purposes. Items will only be accepted for return if they are unused and undamaged.

Common items such as spools or common belt sizes that are easily restocked and resold are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Items that are rare and not easily resold may be subject up to a 50% restocking fee. Or we may refuse return altogether if we believe the item cannot be resold or reused.
